Default Midwest

me and my buddy just picked up one of these the other day - Is this model the red one>=?

Would you happen to have the manual still and do you know where parts are sold. We can not seem to find anything and just need a few pieces, any idea if can be swapped with a similar brand, cant wait to get this thing going if possible!!!

Thanks for the help!!

thought I would join and try and help some others out. I've had one of these midwest bobcats for years now its been sitting in pieces in the barn. pulled it out to see what it needs so my son will be able to learn how to ride. well after hours and hours of searching I found a few sites that have parts for the motor, I'm going to place an order and see if all is legit, I'll give out the info to anyone that needs it.

Hello I was just wondering if you had any suggestions on web addresses for the Midwest Bobcat 50cc. Just picked up a used one for my boys birthday and need a couple parts. 1:a starter relay so the guy says but it looks more like a voltage regulator. All I know is it a squarish box with a 4 prong male plug at one end. 2: a new seat or seat cover.

Unfortunately when it comes to body parts I cannot help. But if you google IDE41QMB engine parts you should be able to find engine components. Good luck hope its helps

Any local upholsterer can make a new seat cover for you. If the solenoid isn't the normal "binding post" type, the makers will have used a standard heavy duty 12v relay instead. Suzuki used one on the LT80 but it may not be the same pin configuration. A good auto electrician may be able to work out which you need, it should have a code stamped on it somewhere, but there are now hundreds of slightly different relays used on vehicles.
