I wanna lose some weight
I have heard that some people have managed to get their dales down to around 350lbs, I was just wondering if I could get some ideas of what I could replace to lose some weight, and what I could just take off completely, not exactly looking to get to 350 just wanna lose a few lbs to help me out at the dunes and what not cause I ride a lot of sand. thanks for any replys

My sisters high school freind lost a lot of weight simply by not eating any white bread, only whole wheat, drinking no cokes, no diets either. And she rarly-scarcely ate out... Just dropped all the oil fried stuff, chocolate, mayo, and running really drops pounds to. Just soing any excersize on a regular basis will help, not just once in a blue moon.
