While reading the article in ATV Action about the c'dale racer and thinking about how race ready these bikes are supposed to be I looked at the spec box. Cory replaced the complete suspension, everything, kept the frame and thats about it. I quickly added about 4000 or so of stuff added to a almost race ready bike. Will the moto's need this kind of upgrades to race?

The cannibal is far from being race ready. If you didn't know, it is there "entry level" quad. The moto's will not need upgraded, unless you want to spend the extra $$$$. The motor is also stock on the Cannibal, so there is more than just a stock frame.

Ellis doesn't ride a moto 440. It's a Cannibal (there base quad) so it needs to have a few things added to be race ready (On Pro level terms). The frame and motor is completely stock though, there isn't a lot of pro class riders that can say that about their rides. One of the moto 440s that is going to be raced in the Nationals by Jackson is supposedly going to be COMPLETELY stock except for a custom set of front plastics, and the shocks are going to be dailed in for his comfort and prefrence.
