Hey, is that the track that is over by the beach (in Anchorage)? I'm not too familiar with the area, but I was up there last summer and I wanted to race my Raptor on that track but there were no other quads around when they were running the bikes. The organizers told me that they were trying to get a quad class together but that was the last I heard of it. I won't be able to ride in Anchorage next summer (quad in Cordova) but the summer after that I will be in the area.

So what's the scoop on the riding areas near Anchorage?

BTW - nice pics!

Glad you like the pics, we had a blast. I was surprised that my Speed could carry as much distance as it did in 2nd gear like that. My friend with the 250R was hitting it in 4th gear, Raptor hit it in 3rd.
As far as the location, yes; it is Kincaid Park on the inlet. We have a quad MX class this year! It is open format, we have a couple Raptors, TRX250R, Banshee, 2 Blasters, FX400 and even a mini Raptor! The kid on the little Raptor gives it all he can, some of the jumps suck all his power out just getting up the face..lol I am surprised that no 400ex's have shown up, there are a ton of them out here.
Most of the people ride at Knik, on the Knik River. It has alot of trail riding, some dune type riding and a lot of flats. We usually bring our shovels and rakes and are able to set up a good freestyle 40 foot natural double on one of the dunes. If you ever make it to Anchorage, let me know........JIM

Nice air Jim.

What makes the pics even better is the background. No trees. Great pics.
