I recently mailed letters to my Congressman, David Price 4th Dist. NC and my Senator Jesse Helms in regards to Clinton's Roadless Plan for OHVs. I actualy got a response from a liberal Democrat (Price) But he sent me this "I understand you concerns"type leter. It is signed by him so maybe I got his attention. I hope to here from Senator Helms soon.
