If 67 Senators sign on to this treaty it will be ratified. We need to contact our present Senators and Senator elects to express our opposition treaty as it would then nullify the US Constitution's Bill of Rights guarantee to keep and bear arms. Both of our MI senators are anti-gun Democrats. They got F ratings from the NRA and they'll both sign any gun ban that comes across their desks.

I'm not sure how Scott Brown would've voted but the libtards in this state voted for Elizabeth Warren. I know how she'll vote.

Expanded back ground check couldn't make it through the Senate!! Everyone that voted yes will probably be looking for new employment come election time again :) I believe Senator McCain already has his ticket home to Arizona.....

I read somewhere that part of the legislation involved your doctor being able to ask you about if you had guns in your home. If you refused to answer they could call the police. How ridiculous is that? When it all comes down to it, criminals don't go to gun shows, Walmart, Cabelas, or Basspro for their guns. They steal them or get them through underground sources. All their proposed gun laws only effect those of us who are law abiding citizens.

Our current government supplied guns to the Mexican drug cartels and they think they know what's best for the American gun owner? I think not!
