?? I have a manco 90cc; it runs great but the kid i bought it from either brought the sprocket shaft riding it; or broke it trying to upgrade the sprocket to make it faster' no clue which. I'm betting to make it faster though. But anyways i found the shaft i need but not sure on how to replace it. And also thinking of just buying a new engine and being done with the issue. What engine can i buy that fit on a manco??

Thanks for replying and happy new year. This is what I have going on. Pretty sure I need to replace tranny gears or at the very least a shifting fork. I have never done this on this size of a quad. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks, Josh

Sorry for not replying, only just noticed your message. The whole engine and gearbox is lubricated from the sump. The oil filler with dipstick does it all. A small transmission gearbox on the front LH side needs separate oil. Filler on top, level plug behind front black wheelarch plastic 4wd models only.
