Just wanted to see how many of you guys own a 84-87 Silverado, also include mods, paintjobs, etc!

I own a '86 Silverado mods include:
Rebuilt 305ci bored .30 over
Mild Cam
Edelbrock Performer 600cfm 4bll Carb
Edelbrock Performer Intake Manifold
Dynomax Headers, with True Duals running, No Cats with Turbo glasspacks. Sounds Awesome.

Original Paint Job was brown/beige two tone
Now its repainted Red/Beige and looks great!

Have pics of it if anyone wants to see them.

 

why are you just limiting the selection to 84-87? 80-87 are excatly the same and the 73-79 arent much different (excluding the vertical side markers and the hood cowl change in 80)

 

Cause I couldnt remember and I dint feel like lookin it up at the moment, how about 73- 87?

 

I've got a '83 Chevy 3/4 ton:
454 (mildly warmed over, great tow vehicle), 4-speed, 205 t-case,
6" lift, 35" mud terrains, Outlaw II's. Needs paint, getting kinda rusty.

 

I've got an 84 K5 Blazer Silverado. 350. 6 inch lift with 38 in Swamper TSLs. I cut the fenders to make the tires fit with only 6 inches of lift to keep the center of gravity lower. K5 Blazer

 

Nice K5 FL84K5, have you put her in mud yet?

 

I've had it in mud a couple of times since lifting it and putting the 38s on. I havn't been able to get too crazy though since the last few trips I have been the largest truck, without another fullsize to pull me out if I get stuck. So I end up being the designated recovery rig. I keep forgetting to take my camera when I go on trips. I've got some pics from my trip to a clay pit. Clay pit fun
