I know it's early to think snow, but I would like to start putting my pennies away to get a snow blower for my atv this winter.
I plan to use my Rancher 4x4 to remove snow from my 800 ft driveway. Considered a plow. However, with a blower I would be able to remove the snow a farther distance from my garage. This is helpful when you get several heavy snows in a row. If I would get a plow, it would be a Moose. Any info on manufactures, models, costs, or web sites would be most helpful. Also if you have one, let me know how you like it. Thanks in advance :) |
Erskine Manufacturing, Erskine,MN makes a snowblower kit for ATV's. It mounts up front and the drive motor mounts in back, looks pretty neat, but it is fairly pricey, last I seen around $1200-1500. If you can't find them let me now, I live about 20 miles away.

Thanks for the info. I think the Erskine model might be too expensive and complex. I did get contact info and I'll call them.
When I was shopping around for a atv, I did see a blower at a Polaris dealer. I guess I'll just have to inquire at atv dealers. |
