Yea I would say a very inexperienced rider there........ no helmet, but a nice hat to keep the blood in......

But I agree the top heavy ute did not help in that situation..........

It went over so easy, that I think it demonstrates the inherent instability of these machines! (And he didn't even have the racks all loaded up.)

At first I thought there would be a rock or something in the hole that caught the tire and ripped the bars out of his hands.....but nothing......

I have a bit smaller and lighter Ute and I feel the same way. They dont have the suspension, they sit taller, and the body roll is nasty. I'am not blaming all of
this on the machine though, as some of it does go on the rider.

i wonder if he hit only the front brakes as well to make him flip easier cuz the quad looked like it was light as hell

His brake lights went off a couple seconds before he went into the rut.

Can't help noticing how narrow and tall that machine looks from the back.

his brake lights come on as soon as he starts going forward just for a second, but this one is on the rider the bike only does what its commanded to do from the driver! bet that one hurt his pride more than anything!

That wreck looked more like a driver error than anything. Funny though....

My point in posting this is to stimulate some analysis of how the machines design contributed to the accident. Sure, this guy was probably a terrible rider and obviously not the brightest guy in the world (which we can see by the fact that he isn't even wearing a helmet!), but what if YOU made those same mistakes on the quad YOU are now riding, would it have gone over that easily????

There is this trend in the industry to build these huge heavy bigbore utes, and I think it could backfire as more and more folks get hurt on these machines. Remember history (?), the government had no problem jumping in and eliminating 3-wheelers..................
