Might want to check some places like Dennis Kirk or Rocky Mountain in their close out sections. Might find a good deal. And I know DK and RM both have a good return policy if the boots don't fit. Ebay might leave you stuck with something you can't use.

Sorry I cannt see the item on e-bay as I am at work. But like Scooter said look at Rocky Mountain Atv. That is were I got mine and it is also were I get most of all my gear. Good Co to deal with. If you Google RockyMountainAtv coupons you can usualy fine some fore like $10-$20$ off as well!

Good idea

I am also looking at tech 6-10's alpine stars,
seems like i might be able to get a pair new, or used for around 150-175 shipped..

Anyone use those?
Hows the ankle protection?

Great boots but IMO a little overkill (price wise) if you are just riding ATV's. If you buy from RMA anything over 100.00 is free shipping as well. The Tech 3's are avil- with a A/T sole on them which is a nice feature for when you are stuck in mud!

Having broken my ankles a few times, I won't ride without my A-stars.

Heck you can get a pair of Tech 6 for about 100 bucks if you shop around.

I had an old pair of Tech 7's. We were ready to leave for a trip and I stepped off the trailer, caught the curb wrong, and twisted the crap out of my ankle. (again) Take about 4 pieces of celery, then break them. That's what it sounded like to me.

Anyway, wasn't about to give up my weekend, so when we got to the riding area, put on my boots, and left them on most of the weekend. Went to the doc the day after we got back. Wasn't surprised I rode anyway, and said wearing the boot all the time I did was probably the best thing for my ankle.

I don't recommend doing that by the way, but that's the way I've always been.

Im looking at a brand new pair of tech 6 on ebay for about 129 + ship,
and bidding on a pair of used tech 10's that reserve still isnt met.

Yeah the Alpinestars are sweet but expensive too......

I have to say I'm impressed with the Fly Stinger boots.... I also have Thor and MSR boots and I wear the Fly 99% of the time...... they were only around $89 at RMATV and to be honest I didn't expect them to be as good as they are for that price....
