Hammer head gts 150 won't start.
 

I have a gts 150 that I just put a brand new carburetor on with a few other thingside in the trani but now it won't start. It's been sitting up a while but I checked everything. I have spark, compression, gas is getting to the carb but it still won't start even if I spray carb cleaner in it.
