If they haven't built an actual vehicle it's just a concept, not a concept vehicle. This s a concept vehicle, a Cadillac Cyclone built in 1959. It had a collision avoidance system with radars in the 2 cones on the front. AFAIK the first production collision avoidance system was more than 35 years later. It was a real vehicle not just an artists conception of what one might look like. Manufacturers don't show up at an international auto show and say look what we drew, they have vehicles to show off.
