in stock trim what could they beat, or what couldn't they beat? which one?

Its not really how "fast are they" its how quick are they and they are dang quick. Ive seen them beat every kind of quad but the only quads they "regularly" lose to are built banshees. With just a pipe paddles no lid and jetting them suckers run.

 

wild is right on the short run they are quick , on long races they can be caught.

You must not have ridden many quads then. Raptor the best, doubt it. There are alot of better quads out there.

Speed- Ds, and Zilla out run it.
Trails- 250r and 400ex out handle it.
Track- Predator, Z400, Cannondale are better on the track.
Drag- Ds, zilla beat it.

This is stock.
Never say yours is the best. Cause someone out there can always beat you.

 

I like mine. The fastest quad I have drag raced against when I was stock was a highly modified 250r. I beat him 4 out of 5. (bad hole shot on the first race) I didn't beat him by much though. Plus he was having problems getting traction.

 

There is nothing I can say to express my feelings for a stock raptor besides wow!! You have to admit, stock for stock, theres not much out there that will touch the rappy all around. Speed yes, All around no.


As far as a highly modded 250r, vs a basically stock rappy... I would have to say the 250R guy did not have a clue what he was doing. Either that or you have one heck of a raptor. I shouldn't say a thing, I wasn't there.

 

I thought my stock rappy was a gutless pig pretty much but it was still quick for stock.
