Where can i get this stuff....i have a 2000 banshee and want to start running race gas after i install my pd coolhead...any hel would be appreciated!!!!!!

 

Here in Phoenix, just about every quad shop and dealership sells racing fuel. Generally, it is around $4.50 a gallon.

 

I get my gas from VP fuels in Deleware. Its around $30 for a 5 gallon drum. I run VP 114 octane.

 

you can get a little better price on it if you buy a drum(55 gal.) im running unical 110 and get it for 3.95 a gal. in Oregon.. Trick or VP are a little more like 4.50-4.95 a gallon like Bansheebill said..

 

check a harley shop. thats where i'm told to get it.

 

Hey... Save your cash.... If you use super plus unleaded fuel or just unleaded fuel and add silkolene Pro- Boost ( Octane inhancer) This will do the same job and give you a good 110 + octane level... I use one ltr of pro-boost to every five gallons of unleaded fuel and it works well in my high compression Banshee.... One ltr in the U.K costs me £8... Best of luck , and save you cash...

 

I dont know if this will help as I live in New Zealand so you may not be able to this over there I used to get Aviation fuel which is 100 octane high performance fuel I used to get it real cheap from the Airport. I used to find my bike performed best when I mixed it 50/50 with standard fuel but this was in a KX 125 cc MX bike so I dont know? hope I helped

 

Try calling some gas stations in the largest town near you. I know two gas stations around here that sell race gas at the pump (104 & 110 octane). It's not that expensive either- $2.99 gallon for both grades.
