Because there are no after market preformance pipes for sale for the Bayou 250 or the Suzuki LT 160 what would I have to know to make one my self? Couldnt a guy just make one out of a slightly larger pipe? But how much larger would be two big? I am thinking that an inside diameter about 1/4 of an inch larger should do the trick but what about the slip on muff? Any sugestions for that? Higher preformance air filters and jet kits are already available. I dont think it could be very difficult to make a pipe, so does any one out there have any suggestions they would like to pass along.

 

cobra makes a pipe for both of those and if you made your own header FMF has a universal fit mega max pipe

 

check denniskirk.com . they tend to have a fairly large selection of pipes. if not.....u could always make your own. just getting the right bend would be tricky.
