Default 750CC Trike

Here is the latest project. It's a CB750 trike. The frame, front end, and motor off of a '74 Honda CB750 motorcycle and the swingarm, rear end, axle, wheels and tires off of a Honda TRX200sx. It's been re-geared with a smaller engine sprocket and larger rear sprocket to raise the gear ratio. It looks a little rough right now, but it was just finshed rough assembly yesterday. Next will be painting the tank, front fender, and rear plastic. Along with some different wheels and ashphalt tires in the rear because this think will be street legal.

Oh by the way: look up a Honda CB750 4 cylinder. 65 HP stock at the crank at 7500 RPM.

I gotta take some more pictures. The ones I took over the weekend were high resolution and above the 150 kb limit on this site.

look like you did a nice job now all you need is a motorcross tire on the front and your set for the trails, how heavy is it?

The motorcycle stock was about 500 lbs it's probably touching about 550 now with the rear end and tires. This thing is not for the trails though. It's way too heavy and just doesn't take the tight corners at low speed. It is however a blast to ride on the road. That's why with a set of asphalt tires in the back it will be road ready. It's already got the headlight, and turn signals, all it needs is a tailight/brakelight to be street legal in illinois.
