What have people found to be good nerf bars, DG, Graydon, AC others? Fit and Finish, as well as quality and durability? How about steel vs aluminum alloy?

these are going on a Warrior, and I'd also be curious if there would be mounting interference if I run a full frame skid plate.

I have found the baest to be JG.. Yes I said JG.. Never heard of them, caus ei made them myself !! These are the best and by far the cheapest !! I use 1 3/8" dia Alum. tubing !!
Made up steel mounting hardware, and bought to U-bolts !! for the netting i used tie-down straps, or if you really want to cut corners, you head to a junk yard and cut out some seat belts !! I can get some pics if you would like !! They are actually pretty good looking !!

I have AC aluminun nerfs and they work great. I personally know that DG nerfs can make it hard to shift because the webbing comes clear into the frame. Plus the AC nets are much easier to replace since they are laced in instead of riveted.

Me thinks I'm going to go with the Graydon Proline as I like the look and strength of the bigger diameter alum alloy tube as well as the shape and geometry of the nerf.

Do not buy DG alloy nerfs. I had a horrible experience with them. First, it takes forever to weave the webbing on to the nerf frame. Second, they didn't even fit on my 400EX! The mounting bracket didn't line up with the foot pegs. I was very dissapointed. I paid $130 for them, and then I had to pay another $9 to ship them back to the company. I wouldn't get nerfs from DG. From what I have seen, most of the racers use AC Racing nerfs.
