Default Rear brake issue on a 97 trail boss

I have a 97 trail boss. The rear rotor seams to be shifting to one side binding the brakes. Is there a keeper I am missing? There is no groove for a c clip. The end of the shaft the rotor sits on is tapped.

Rear rotor on this old model was a floating disc.1997 Polaris TRAIL BOSS (W97AA25C) Gearcase/Brake Mounting Trail Boss | Cycle Parts Warehouse Most rear brake problems were in the caliper itself. You increase or decrease pressure on the pads by loosening the outer nut and turning the bolt out or in. The foot pedal would rise or fall as you adjusted it. Also frozen piston,or a stuck inner pin(item#13) could cause pads to have constant pressure on the rotor. 1997 Polaris TRAIL BOSS (W97AA25C) Rear Brake Trail Boss | Cycle Parts Warehouse
