Other than pipe and air filter (K&N) what should he be looking at without getting ridiculously expensive? Any help is greatly appreciated.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

uni filters are cheaper tha K&N and are just as good from what i hear, also he mighr want to look into jet kits they make a pretty big difference and their cheap, and last i don't know about the kawi 400, but for the 650 there is a spring that you replace that works with the belts and it's very cheap and makes a huge difference. this is all from what i read though, except the jet kit. I'de go into the kawi form and ask about the spring if he is able to do that i'm sure he will be very happy.

 

An EPI clutch kit will give you the biggest bang for the buck.

 

yea thats it, I coulden't rember the name of that. from what i've read / heard its one of the the best mods you can do to the quad.

 

maybe you could buy a 650 v-twin sticker to put on your machine...it will look faster
