New to atvconnection, recently purchased a 2003 scrambler 500 high output that's needs some tlc. First off there was no solenoid or battery with that being said can anyone tell me what little wires need to be connected to the solenoid it has one post for little wire. Second off multiple wires under what I would call the hood have been sliced and diced does anyone have a diagram for the wires? I am getting no power to any electrical components. It starts and runs like a champ thinking I do not have something hooked up somewhere. Any suggestions I am at a loss right now.

 

The small wire from the ignition switch powers up the solenoid.It hooks up to the wire supplied with a new solenoid. Battery cable hooks to the far right post,starter cable hooks to the left solenoid post.Starter Relay Solenoid Polaris ATV Scrambler 500 4x4 2003 2004 2005 2006 New | eBay Usually no power to the lights,ignition switch,starter,etc is because of a shorted/corroded main circuit breaker. You can use the recoil when this happens,but nothing else.It's located up from the battery close to the rear fender in a sealed pouch. Slice the pouch open and check for corrosion.
