2006 outlaw won't idle

I adjusted the ETC switch like recommended but this was not the problem. Still stalls when you let off the throttle!

May also want to make sure those contacts are not touching by taking off the throttle cap and taking a look. #18
Some people put paper between the contacts,if the adjuster cant do it.
