Default Bellcrank shift arm keeps braking

2012 550 efi polaris sportsman
ATV Polaris Sportsman 2009-14 Belllcrank 15T Spline 3234724
First one broke / split at the top.
Next one went on nice and tight but stripped out in a week about 10 rides around our farm
what to do?

Could be simply a bad run of belcranks.Never really had a problem with the straight ones over the years,but looking at yours I can see why it may have problems. Too many bends on this piece of aluminum that can weaken and break.If it does it again I'd have the belcrank braced to strengthen it.

I will check for clearance and just heat and beat the next crank flat.
I will get two just in case.

Now that we are retired I don't how I used to find the time to go to work.

Absolutely correct on that one.. Plus I live close to my son. I'm always doing errands for him during the week..
