Default POLARIS 425 4x4 Xpedition

I have a Polaris 425 4x4 Xpedition 5 speed Automatic. The foot shifter was stripped, & got the replacement parts, but can't figure out how the shifter shaft rod goes back into the crank case. Can anyone help with a diagram or any kind of assembly help? The diagram's I found show the shift shaft rod, & how those parts are assembled, but not how to attach inside the crank case. ANY information would be helpful!

I never had to replace the shaft only a couple shift levers, but the cheap 5 buck manual can help on this. 2000-2002 Xpedition 425s were the same, just colors/decal difference, but I've listed all of them for you since you didn't mention the year model.2000 Polaris Xpedition 425 Service Manual PDF Download 2001 Polaris Xpedition 425 Service Manual PDF Download 2002 Polaris Xpedition 425 Service Manual PDF Download
