There will be some play from the output hubs in the front diff. If really excessive, then the output hubs may need to be replaced.Items#2 and 5.

Here's a Rzr front diff removal. Procedure is pretty well the same on removal except on a lot of models you may also have to pull the radiator back to have enough room to get it out.
There are short cuts that people have taken and just dropped a-arms and tie rods and pulled struts out far enough to remove drive shafts from the diff.

Pull the roll cage out and inspect close for any small cracks on the cage. I'd still replace this cage with an aluminum one and be done with it. Also replace the armature plate and case seals. If the output shafts, bearings, etc still look ok you can reuse them, but check carefully. If in doubt on the coil itself, check the ohms reading between the hot wire and ground wire.Should be between 22.8-25.2 ohms.If reading exceeds this, possibly time to replace the coil plate.Polaris Sportsman 450 500 700 800 ALUMINUM Front Differential Roll Cage Sprague | eBay
