Either still have trapped air in the lines or the master cylinder piston seals are worn, sucking air. Clamping/restricting the hose can help build up pressure in the master cylinder but don't trust something like this. If you're sure the lines are clear, mity vac works the best at this, the oem piston/seal repair kit($81) costs way more than getting an after market master cylinder.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Left-Brake-M...pZQ28n&vxp=mtr

I replaced the master cylinder with the one you posted in the last comment and I have fluid coming from every caliper. I bled the lines just like I have done in a million vehicles and I have no pressure. I went through a whole jug of Blake fluid. Could the rear caliper be bad? The foot pedal works great! Just can't get the hand brake to work.

Did you prime the new master cylinder first? On the rear caliper there are two small o-rings than can seep or suck air. Caliper has to be split to replace them. Kit comes with new piston seals and the two o-rings. POLARIS SPORTSMAN 335 400 500 REAR BRAKE CALIPER SEAL REPAIR REBUILD KIT OS148A | eBay

I hooked the master cylinder all up then last night I started pulling the trigger and found that air was coming back up through the brake fluid. So yes I think it is primed but I also had the hose hooked up as I was doing this. If i open one of the bleeders and squeeze the lever fast fluid will spray 3 feet out of the bleeder,.it will do this on all 3 bleeders. Should I crimp that hose off to the rear caliper and see if I get my brakes back at the front calipers? I would think that would tell me if the issue is the rear caliper or not? Idk thou, what do you think?
