2007 sportsman 500 drive belt????

Ramp buttons could be worn in the rear clutch ,but possible to just blow out the accumulated belt dust in the drive clutch and driven clutch while they're on the machine. Air nozzle blast in the crevices of the rear clutch will make a dust storm. Even more if you're able to open the sheaths a little, clamp them with a c clamp. The drive clutch is easy to blow out as everything is exposed. Still want to see a pic of the drive(front) clutch inner shaft..

That's all I needed to know, smooth shaft, no one way bearing. Just making sure that you did have the complete non ebs drive system and not mismatched clutches..

Count yourself lucky. A simple shredded belt is nothing compared to the problems that the ebs clutches can have.IF this is the original belt you've gotten your money's worth out of it. The first Sportsmans had non ebs clutches and I don't remember anyone complaining about them. Some didn't like the ebs clutches when they came out. Had a few complain about the aggressive braking when letting off the throttle.
