I have had to add 2 quarts of oil to my rzr already. It does have a puff of smoke when I first get on it. Has anyone had this happen to them? Do you think it could be valves or rings?

that means you don't have any oil in it, it only holds 2 quarts

 

Sounds like you have the dirt getting past the filter problem that seems to be a common issue with these machines. Dirt gets in to the throttle body and eventualluy in to the engine and it starts to burn oil.

It's kinda a like are petition. This website has been "trying" to work with Polaris on the issue. Though they are not easy to work with as we have found out. But Polaris does look at this website, so let you voice be heard.
