Hey guys i was wondering if anyone knows if an rzr can be made street legal in PA. What if I registered it as a slow moving vehicle? Is there anyway for this to be done? If you could help me out it would be appreciated.

The best thing to do is go to the dmv and ask them. The laws vary from state to state, and you don't want to be using another states laws if you get stopped.

For example, in Texas, if the title says ORV, you cannot make it street legal. That being said, you can call it a farm vehicle and there are a list of restrictions, but you can drive it on the road. Some of those restrictions include only being able to use in within a 25 mile radius of the "farm".
