My fan motor took a dump again and needs replacement. I dont want to pay Polaris another $100 bucks. Where can I buy a motor for less. Also may need a new radiator.

There are a few people on here that have those fans sitting aroound, give it time and one of them will speak up. Ebay would be the best bet for a radiator.

 

If your fan is made by Spal, as is mine on my TB 400, check with them. They are a major fan manufacturer for the automotive aftermarket. They should sell you a replacement motor.

I tried to ride Friday at windrock and my fan quit working causing my bike to overheat. Thanks to Pest 44 and info from another atv site I found a cheaper solution than buying another polaris fan motor. Goto Advanced Auto and get the 10" universal fan. The motor is a sealed unit and is almost exact to the original. Install was simple and after a few adjustments to the housing seems to work great. The fan sells for 59.98 and comes with a full 1 year replacement warranty. This seems to be a common problem so hopefully someone else can use this info.
