Will raptor and predator owners ever get along, hah hah hah we all have fast quads, why all the hate!!

( I have a dream, where one day my raptor and a predator can get along and live in peace and not fear, where they will run together and not be judged by the color of there skin.....)

Raptor owners and Predator owners are afraid of competition. They are both great machines and i too dont get why everyone cant get along. On other websites if i mention i own a polaris its like
"wow pooplaris sucks"

and

"polaris falls apart easy, my friends cousins girlfriends scramblers handlebars came loose then the engine fell off and it rolled down a mountain"


Basically if you take care of your atv, you wont have many problems. some problems occur and there is no way to stop it, thats just the way it is. but to get back on subject...........yea......

There is always going to be a predator that is faster than a raptor and a raptor that is faster than a predator so just give up, no one can win with sarcasm.... heh hehe heheh!!

predators and raptors are both fast atv's someone with the right parts can be faster anytime and everyone will brag that theirs is faster,but who cares how fast it goes,i mean trailriding and woods racing it's all about the rider,but if your in the dunes speed does matter.I don't have that kind of speed like some people,i have a polaris trailblazer and if people want to make fun of me let them say that,cause it don't bother me at all,i have alot of fun on this machine.

Raptor Owners and predator Owners would get along alot better if some of the Yamaha fans wouldn't come in here and start bashing on a quad that has 160 less CCs.

I ride alot at Silver Lake and there are tons of Raptors... everyone of those riders looks at me like he needs to show me up... Why?

Did Polaris break the mold and put out a product that just irratates Raptor owners with a competative spirit??? Is it envy? Jealousy??

I personally have never been in the Yamaha forum... I don't own a Yamaha, why would i go there???

But I have seen NUMEROUS people come in to the Polaris Forum and start sh*t talking about how their 660R Raptor running alcohol, and $1500+ worth of mods are whooping that stock 500cc Predator by 2-3 Quad lengths...

What it comes down to, is that everyone wants what they have to be the best.

I'm happy what I bought, it's those who aren't happy with what they bought that bring them in here to bash on it... It's insecurity in their own purchases that makes Raptor Owners come in here and rag on the Predator.

Granted there are Raptor Owners who have come in here and said, "Wow, nice quad... congrats to Polaris". That's great, and more people need to be like that... then your fantasy dream world of where a Predator and a Raptor riding in peace across the desert plains will come true.

I agree but I think some of the fun is to rag on each other a little bit it's just like chevy, ford guys it's just part of the fun. I'd take either one of these two quads if I didn't already have the shootout winner, the z400. Just kidding either quad would whip mines a@@ in a drag race but like I said a little clean ragging never hurts but I know what chubby is referring to these guys that act like they'd pull out a gun and shoot you for having a different quad. Those guys are just insecure about their quads.

I am not ragging on anyone by saying this, I have always loved the raptor ever since it came out and I know that soon I will own a predator so don't think that I am bashing by coming on the "Polaris" forum and saying stuff, I listen to everyone and all of these forums are for everyone not for just what company you go with and you should know that by now BadAndy especially after you have only posted 30 some odd times...

Oh, i know they are public forums for sure... Anyone is free to post anywhere, ect... But i have yet to hear of any Polaris owner going into Hondas or Yamahas forums and talking up the Predator and how much it out performs the 400ex or the Raptor ect...

I read alot of forums, generally don't have alot to post about... I could put out 250 posts that are about basically nothing [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I wasn't really bashing on you, I was more or less making a general observation of how I have seen it since I started reading these forums about a year ago.

I personally don't have a problem with the Raptor... I do think I have seen too many of them, seems to me like everyone has one... then again, wait another year and I'll probably see just as many Predators.
