Hey jsyi, You got a better stereo system, but not HP. What gearing you got? I went with the 2" lift because the dealer ok'd it due to I got the 7/75 warranty (Current mileage is 32,000) I kept the stock 4:11 gears.

I have a 9" rear out of an old school lincoln. gearing was a 4:86. I opted to go with that rear end cuz I was tearing out the carrier bearing and the 9.25 rear was twisting on the sides of the diff cuz we didnt gusset it before we did the stuff. So we went with a one piece drive shaft made at a local machine shop. I got the headers, the mopar computer, tb spacer, intake, and exhaust before the whole drivetrain swap. The 5.9 is on its 2nd rebuild and the transmission on its 3rd. the suspension put it at such a phucked up angle that a lot of crap would always go wrong with it. I was using 37"s but then I decided I didnt like a body lift and we went to 35"s without the bodylift. I could tell the throttle response and power difference once I got it all together. The reason why the engine is on its 2nd rebuild is because I have rolled my truck on a couple of occasions and I landed so nose first that everything just went to shet. I started the truck up rigfht afterwards and I guess the radiator fan and shet all got pushed back pretty far and bent shet up. So lesson learned dont start truck after you know your radiator adn eveyrthing is cracked and broken. Warranty wise I didnt have one since the day I drove it off the lot cuz I dont think anyone that is smart would warranty anything of mine. Stuff doesnt last to long with me behind the wheel. So I decided to stop with that and move onto the ranger. By the way my truck is 2 Wheel drive and I've got about 15" or 16" of travel in front. I would never buy a 4 wheel drive cuz they look ugly. My rear end has a little more than the front does. the engine cage and bed cage and everything is made outta mild steel with the exception of the upper and lower a arms being chromoly. My truck currently has 189,000 miles on it.
