Default How To Put In A Primary Spring

I have a 1998 trailblazer 250, i just bought a hot seat spring w/ my hot seat pipe. The spring is designed for the pipe. I just want to know how to put the new spring in, I heard its easy but don't really know what to do.

first remove the cover then remove the main bolt in the middle. take the other bolts out that are around the side. it then should pop off and replace the spring with the new one. u will need some help to hold the case down when putting the bolts in place because i am guessing the spring is pretty stiff because i no mine was. then tighten them up and go.

Make sure you line the X's up too and torque the big retaining bolt to 40ft-lbs and the snapp primary clutch cover bolts to 7.5ft-lbs.
