Magnum 425 won't start
 

I unloaded my 425 mag this am for hunting and it would not start. Starting has never been a problem.

I loaded it on my trailer last night and everything was fine. When I started it, choked it and turned choke off, it sputted a couple of times, almost like it was out of gas but would never keep running. Yes I checked the gas and switched to reserve just in case and it still would not do start.
One of the guys I hunt with said to start with the plug, I normally have it serviced every year but have not this year.

I have had problems with fouled plugs on an old Warrior and dirt bikes but never something that quit like this.

Any other ideas???

I also have another question, how do you get to the spark plug to change it without dismantling the whole front of the atv.

I can not seem to get the plug wire loose?

I know on my Scrambler I have to dismantle the whole front and lift the gas tank to change the plug or even get the plug wire out. You may have to as well.

Replace the plug first thing on almost any no start problem. To get the plug cap off twist it first than take a large long screwdriver and place it at the base of the cap and work at it while pulling on it till it pops.
Be careful and dont pull the wire out or tear the cap.

To get to the plug take the tri angle cover ontthe right side off the one that says liquid cooled then you can wiggle a plug wrench into the head.Be sure you use a socket with a plug rubber in it because the plug is down in the head.
