Scrambler 500 4X4 tires
there was a good write-up on a bunch of tires a few issues ago in ATVMagazine. they reviewed something like 25-30 different tires. i can't remember if they were all mud or all-around tires though.
i have read good things about the Lites.
i can tell you this......as a former owner of Outlaws, Outlaw Radials, and Bi/Tri Claws, i found WEIGHT to be a real issue. it robbs power and feels bulky and less playfull. IF i shop for other tires for my new 700EFI (if i don't like the Badlands that are on it), i will look very closely at the WEIGHT as well as the traction factor.
good luck,
sincerely,

Hey, there's an idea!
how about looking into the Badland Radials? Polaris claims they handle better, grip better, and weigh less. (i think they are comparing them to the former Rawhides they used-to use on the Sportsmans.
just a thought!!
