Im wanting to mod my airbox for an K&N filter...... not the goofey flat one but the circular one w/ the outter ware. Can anyone give me the names of some good website that may already have a kit for this ...... or evan some good suggestions on how to go about doin this.

 

The pictures in my page kinda stink but check it out it works great and it did not cost anything other than the filter. The only thing that sucks is that I can no longer go in the mud but in AZ we don't get much of that.

Thanks for the info.... I kinda like the hot seat performance one....that w/ a few breather buttons on the side may be the best bet for maximum air flow. I dont really like the totally exposed breather set-up.... thats a little scary to me.. lol.... I do alot of playin in the mud and sand...... bad luck tends to follow heehhee . Hyperracing.com is a great place for K&N's, but to get a true water resistant Outerware, you need to get one of those from Hot Seat, or directly from Outerwares. It's o.k. performance wise to use the open style filter, just make sure the Outerware is the "WR" part numbered unit.

 

What do you think about the hardrock set-up. From the looks of it that might be a safer way to go in the conditions im in. Anyone have some feed-back on this mod.? hardrockmotorsports.com
