Default thinking about jumping ship

i am thinking about buying a kfx700. i also like the scrambler 500. What do you guys think?? i mostly ride in the woods. very little mud. i like the 4 x4 of the scrambler but i like the 700 motor of the vforce. i like the looks of the vforce better too. Does anyone know how much more bottom end power the vforce will have. i read the shootout in atv sport with the vforce, baja, predator, and raptor. the vforce was the fastest from 0-30 by a pretty gap. so i'm gessing it would have alot more bottom end the the scrambler. i know i can mod the hell out of the scrambler to make it faster than the vforce. but i can also mod the vforce. i can get the vforce for about $500 more than the scrambler. So the price difference isnt that much? Please give me some opinions on the vforce vs. scammy. thanks again

Guess if you're looking for torque go with the V force I've heard they have a lot. How much I don't know I've never ridden one.
Scam 500's are a really nice quad too. guess it comes down to if you want 4X4 or not.

If you're going to trail ride and you want something really fast you may want to check out the Pred or 450R or Raptor.
V force I don't think can keep up with them on trails because they handle so much better.
And in a 300 foot drag the v force i'm pretty sure can't take them.

Then I think the V-Force is a good quad for you to go with.

I would go with a Predator. You get used to shifting and they are great on trails. Other than no 4x4 they are great.

If your interested in only auto's I'd say the V-force has your name on it. The Polaris is a nice machine, but in the long run I think you'll be happier with the V. Get the pink clutch spring(the MOST important mod for this quad) and an aftermarket exhaust, and I think you'll be VERY happy with this quad.

I think you would be happier with the V. The v-twin motor has more torque and power than the scram, plus it has duel exhaust I would say if mud is not your thing, and 4wd is not needed, the V would probably be a better choice

I've ridden my Scrambler exactly 2 times since I got the V-Force.
Change to a good clutch spring and not only will the V be the fastest stock quad up to 30, it'll be the fastest period with the possible exception of the 2004 Bomb.

it seems me and you are in the same boat more and more i have a 97 sport that i am rebuilding the water pump on right now and if it dont work out im sitting out this summer and getting a V-force next year but to be honest i really like the 400 scrambler the best..

I got to ride the V about 2 weeks ago and it has all the low end you should ever need and that 0-30 take off is awsome!!
