Edlebrock carb Questions, for pred
#1
I'm thinking about a edlebrock carb for my pred...
I have a few questions:
Where can you find parts for them if needed?
I see on Raths site you need a z400 throttle assembly?
Do they really improve the throttle response?
Are they worth the $$$$????
Does the accelerator pump secrete enough gas for cold starts?
Thanks

The stock power is out of this world!
You should see the list of mods i have planed..
I think mods are just something that you can brag about to your buds i guess, They also help them get a good idea what your tail light looks like...
Really i am not going to start moding for a while yet, i do most of my moding during winter, just want to get all the info now then when winter rolls around, i can just order the parts and install them

Shoot, they'll have a couple of different models of Predators out by next winter. You'll already be wanting a different one by then. LOL

The only advice I can give you is to Call Doug Nicholas, last time I was down there, he was working and checking atleast 5 different carbs. He will know which is the best carb and which will give you the performance you need. He also can tell you how/what it needs to be put on. His number is on the website, here

Yeah give him a call, and don't be afraid to ask....he will talk for hours about that stuff. He is very dedicated to the predator, and I only see good things too. If you do call him, give us an update as to what he said, and what you asked. I'm sure that a lot of people want to know some of the same stuff.
