Default predator compression testing procedure

I was just wondering if testing the compression on a predator is the same as on a snowmobile, or if 4 -strokes are different? Just clamp the throttle open and ground the plug wire and turn in over? SHould the engine be warm or cold? thanks

85-90 psi @ est 400 rpm cranking speed. A low pressure leakdown test is the best method. Don't use a high pressure leakdown, due to the risk of blowing out crank seals.
