The stock weights and brown spring is what I run in my wife's wheeler also. When we go riding in the sand I put the red/yellow in it to help with the load of the sand. The red/yellow with stock weights and the 1-1 could be good, but you want as much backshift as you can get. I would go with the red/yellow just because the mud really pulls them down. With porting it would be best to be a little over top rpms instead of under. If it pulled down the motor just a bit you would be at max power instead of falling off quite a bit.

I run the red/yellow with the S-55 in mine and it works excellent. I have the secondary in the 2-2. I accelerates and backshifts really well. I'm thinking that the sand and mud pull the motor down about the same.
Also, Bubba my dealer gave me a loaner drive clutch to test and all the vibration was gone and went all day without shredding a belt. So I ordered me a new drive clutch. He kinda had a feeling that it might not work but was wanting to try anyway. So he gave me back the labor charge and gave me a good deal on a new clutch. Great Shawn, I knew that had to be the problem. One helpful suggestion is to use the original type belt to keep clutch wear down. You're liable to find some hidden power there.
Scrambler, you will have to run the 58 weights to get close to the power range of the pipe. You might find that to work pretty darn well though. I dont think I tried that combo before, but that's what helps everyone here, testing and tuning.
