Default scrambler grease fittings

I have a 2004 scrambler and was a little concerned with the lack of grease fittings. Is it a good idea to put some in the front control arms? Or would it just be a waste I noticed other model years have them.

Thats what I thought.

Are they "new" sealed bushings? Or should I drill/tap fittings into them?

I was looking all over my scrammy when I had it all apart and found only 4 on the whole thing. 1 on rear axle, 2 on rear arm, 1 on front drive shaft.

any more that you found?

I have all those plus 1 on each a-arm, 1 on each ball joint, 2 on the steering post, and 1 on each front axel u-joint. That makes 12 for me

I believe that they eliminated the lower steering post grease zirk in 01 (?). But take off your hood and look at the upper steering post bushing. There may still be one there.

You could if you wanted to, but the bushings are sealed. I dont know whether or not it would work.
