Has anyone ever tried to contact Moose after you bought something from them? I have tied to contact customer service-no luck. Sent email, but no answer. Is this how they take care of customers? Who has a phone # for them.

 

I thought that you order things from MOOSE through Dealers...???
I have ordered from MOOSE before,but it was always through a dealer or rep. They should be able to help you, I could be wrong.

 

Your correct about buying from a dealer. I did. I now want to exchange something through Moose, not the dealer. The dealer special ordered the product and it would be too much hassel exchanging through them. Also want info about the product that the dealer dosen't have. All I want is a number for customer service.
