Default 07 Sportsman 500

efi and it sometimes stalls. I have 1000 miles on it. Do you guys ever run enjector cleaner through these things?

One thing you want to do is check inside the throttle housing to make sure there is at least 1/16th of an inch gap. If they are making contact the quad will stall. Had this problem on an ATP 500 my son previously owned. Not an EFI but they still use the same throttle housing.

Check your battery cables. Mine was stumbling and stalling, ended up being a loose - cable

Probably not your problem but just for routine, try adding seafoam to your gas. Helps stabilize gas, and keep fuel system clean. I use it on nearly everything. Good stuff!

ditto on the seafoam, only additive youll ever need as mentioned check the slack in electronic throttle control, should have 1/8 inch at thumb throttle

fighting the same problem with mine.. tried seafoam.. fresh gas.. changed plug..

Thinking its time to take it to the shop and stop pulling my hair out over it..

I had a similar problem on my 07 500 EFI with random stalling and rough running (almost like a limp mode) and turned out to be a MAP sensor.
