For what it's worth, whomever is selling you the roller set should also have the helix that you need. I have a three ramp helix and roller set, and they are generally mated to each other. If they can sell you the correct rollers for your machine, certainly they can tell you what helix you need

Curb, I'm probably sounding like a broken record lately, but if you can afford it get the Team roller clutch. A seriously HD part which will outlast and out perform any roller clutch mods.

So is it about $250 for the aaen and $370 for the HPD?

The HPD Team clutch includes a couple of custom mods which make life much easier. Either way, you're gonna benefit from increased effeciency, and less belt wear.....oh, and a bigger grin factor.

out last and out perform any roller
my aaen roller has been going strong with zero problems longer than Team has been building the clutches for Polaris or hpd. team also makes the clutches for the stock machines and we've had many problems with them ever since. examles: worn clutch faces in less than 300 miles, cracked sheaves less than 500 miles, belt issues (just look at the posts here), worn rear rollers in secondaries, these are just to name a few. and this isnt 1 or 2 machines i have 5 cracked drive clutches that were replaced with less than 300 miles on them.
imo, polaris needs to go back to whoever was supplying clutches before.

good choice curb!

Ahhh, am I missing something here? All of the shops which offer roller clutch mods are modifying the stock clutch....yes, it is made by Team Industries. If a machine is continually used in a low speed...yes, this will speed the visible wear. Also, depending on which belt someones uses, that can also shorten clutch life.

I guess I'm not getting where the comments are aimed. The Team roller has a straight "linear" travel, where the stocker (including those with mod rollers) rely on a torsional mode of travel. This robs HP, creates heat, and shortens belt life. I also ran the HPD roller mod prior to switching to the Team "true roller". Yes, it was a vast improvement over stock. In about the same increment, the Team roller raises the bar even further.
