elka's are they worth it for a pred?
 

I have an 03 pred. the shocks seem stiff even after loosening the springs . I mostly trail ride very aggressively but do jump it on occasion. I've heard that elka's are the best but wonder if it will really make that much of a difference. it's alot of money to throw around just to find out . has anyone put them on thier pred? if so are they worth it or would something else be better for me?

Elka's wont make a huge difference. You may feel a difference if you take on jumps a little bit, but Elka's are nice shocks. I have a 2004 predator and the shocks are not that stiff,but Elka's are probably the best shocks out there.

there are many different type of shocks out there...I know modquad has the fox float shocks on the front (not sure what he has on the back) and then there is elkas and also axis has some nice shocks too...I would say try each out but that could get spendy :S

no ims does not make suspention. most ims spounserd riders use elka sshocks. do yourself a favor spend 300$ on rezzies and put the outher 1000$ into making you pred go faster.
