what kind of fluid??

Default what kind of fluid??

i have a scrambler 400 and i need to no what kind of fluid i put in the tranny. not where the dip stick is but where the shaft goes out for the front wheel drive.

So you meen your front gearcase? If so then its Polaris Atv Gear Lube, its in the smal 8oz bottle and is golden in color. Make SURE you get the gear lube which is golden color and not hub fluid which is green as both are in the same type bottle.

im not sure but the rear sproket it right behind it and i think someone mentioned to me AGL fluid or soemthign like that

I'm confused, you said not where the dipstick is for the tranny, but where the front drive goes out? Then you say the rear sprocket is behind it which would refer to the tranny? Please be more specific...

there is a dipstick on the engine for the gear oil and there is a bolt to put some sort of a tranny fluid in by the rear sprocket and the shaft that goes off for the front wheel drive
