Pol PXT "Extreme?"i've got two sidewall flats.anyone else?
I've got a hole in both fronts. sidewall. riding over rocks. Is 5 psi too low. I'ts what Pol. reccomends but I think it's not enough. I wonder what my warranty will do.

400 miles of street, dirt, rocky terrain, water, and mud and no problems so far

all you can do is try. I doubt they will replace them under warranty but it's worth a try. If they are not too big you can patch them from the inside if you don't want to buy new tires.

They give a great ride and are good in the mud. Maybe I'm too hard on it.

i run my rears at 5psi, and my fronts at 7, it seems like a good combination since most of the weight is in the front. |

Ive had the same problem with my fronts, I dont care for them much. I have been able to get 4 plugs (one hole) in the sidewall and its holding for now. A guy I ride with has an 03 with stock rawhides goes through everything i do and has never had a problem since 03. My bike is 6months old and I have 4 repairs and didnt seal up around the rim from the first time i rode it. I think they are to soft for ridding around rocks. They are great in the mud and on open land but terrible on rocks. I ll be getting a set of ITP 589s (1 1/4" lugz) in a couple of weeks and we'll see how that goes. Same buddy has 04 600 SP with ITP C-Series and 589s (26" with 2" lift) and he never gets stuck and ends up pulling me out most of the time. Thought I'd try the same set up.
