Fires? that doesnt sound good..
Howdy Nuts!
Speaking of utv's.. I dont have one yet, still riding my ktm.. I was at Pismo this last July for the first time since 2007. Hundreds of utv's were there.. Listening to the Yamaha sxs with the 5 speed working its way up through the gears is sweet..

If I lived near someplace that had a huge dune area like Pismo or Silver Lake or Glamis, I'd probably own a side by side. One of the full width 64" 1000cc machines with insane suspension travel to rip through those dunes. Even the Wildcat 1000 makes pretty good power and costs a lot less than the turbo models. I've seen them used for about 9 grand in great shape, some even less. I just looked on craigslist and there was a 2013 Wildcat 1000 limited with 970 miles for $8000 within reasonable driving distance from me http://semo.craigslist.org/snw/5792616139.html. You can't find a non turbo Maverick or Rzr 1000 used for that price for sure unless there's something wrong with it.

He's still alive and kicking. Not sure if he even has a quad right now. He bought a place on a lake in NH. Been riding his SeaDoos around mostly. That, his little princess, and work, keep him busy and off the streets. Supposed to go up to Maine with him the end of July. I hope he doesn't think he can ride on the passenger seat.... I'm sure by then he'll at least have a good used quad. He's talented at finding good deals.
