New suggestions on the trail mod
 
Well i'm going to be getting a full trail mod from hpd unless anyone has any other suggestion. and will i be able to hang w/ a z400 and possible even a raptor w/ this kit. please let me know...also if there is any cheaper way of doing this with getting the same power results

The trail mod will outrun the other bikes on dirt for 300-400 feet usually. The piped rappys will often outrun them after 400-600feet on dirt(we're probably talking over 70mph though). on sand the trailmod will hang with/beat/or get beat to 300 feet. Hpd or Rick at Ritter Cycle Racing (HPD dealer) Rick would be my recommendation due to better service help and you call, he answers the phone. The trailmod runs very well. Good luck

Sure you will be able to hang with a Z400. I could outdrag one no problem.You can hang with a Raptor too no problem. On the trails no problem as well. You'll love it.

you will take the Z easily! With just a pipe and clutch kit my bike was slightly faster than a Z400 until he hit top gear.

i highly suggest you calling darell at HPD,between 6 pm and 6:30 pm,,
his was a very truthful and helpful person when it get time to fine tune my race mod engines back then,the customer service up there is super cool
and fast.
