mounting winch from e-bay

Hello, we just bought a cheap winch off of e-bay (it says Hulk on the box, but I can't find anything on the web about Hulk winches). Anyways we are trying to mount it onto a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 600 without spending a fortune. Has anyone out there done this? Or does anyone have any suggestions on where I can look?
